Cancellation Policy
No show - 100% fee of service charge.
Cancellation - 50% fee of service charge
•After 10 minutes you’ll be marked as a no show and card on file is charged
•Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before service or card on file is charged
•Deposits will go towards your appointment unless you fall into 24hr cancellation or no show. Then, deposit is forfeited while being charged full amount for cancellation/no show
Absolutely NO refunds. If there are any issues within 72 hrs I will fix this at no cost to you.
*I must be notified within that 72 hr period
Please book fills accordingly. After 3 weeks, your appointment is considered a full set
